RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition as received
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (Order Number or emailed receipt)

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
• Sale items
• Gift cards

EXCHANGES
The quickest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original purchase.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
